Position Overview/Responsibilities for the M365 Architect:

Creates a well-informed Microsoft M365, Power Platforms, and Azure strategy.

• Determines M365 and Power Platforms requirements by analyzing business operations, applications, and security; reviewing business objectives; and evaluating current systems.
  
  
• Obtains M365 requirements, develops and implements designs for new projects, and maintains existing designs and architectures.
  
  
• Caretaker of the low-code Power Platforms strategy, communicate and coordinate effort of CoE governance team, and ensures the Microsoft Power Platform strategy is aligned with the organizational goals.
  
  
• Administers and manages the M365 and Microsoft Power Platform per the established environmental strategy, setting up policies, managing users, managing capacity, and licensing.
  
  
• Continuously updates the CoE releases and manages the Governance Hub for Power Platform.
  
  
• Implements corresponding M365 and Power Platform changes to support and ensures that new designs conform to standards and guidelines; are consistent, normalized, and perform as required; and are secure from unauthorized access or update.
  
  
• Reviews changes, realizing their impacts on M365 and Power Platform architecture, and ensures that the impacts are communicated to appropriate parties.
  
  
• Establishes measures to chart progress related to the completeness and quality for enterprise usage; and to improve performance.
  
  
• Communicate and collaborate in a professional and timely manner.
  
  
• Performs related work as assigned.
  Required Skills for M365 Architect:
  
  
  
  • 4+ years’ experience supporting Azure AD
    
    
  • 4+ years’ experience managing M365 technologies: Exchange, Power Platforms, Teams, SharePoint
    
    
  • 4+ years’ experience creating Microsoft M365 strategies
    
    
  • 4+ years’ experience scoping M365 implementation projects
    
    
  • 4+ years’ experience with the following: Power Platforms, Power Apps, Flows, Power BI
