What You’ll Do:
- Deliver skilled, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and treatments
- Administer medications, IVs, and treatments (as qualified)
- Lead and support LPNs/Nursing Assistants on your team
- Collaborate with care teams and support discharge planning
