Job Description

The LPN Office Assistant will assist with coordinating, communicating and supporting the multiple tasks of daily operations for the primary care provider group.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely entering of data in electronic health record of new/updated patient information.
• Effectively triage faxes and coordinate care if needed with provider.
• Triage phone calls from patients, families or facilities to ensure needs are met in a timely manner.
• Communicate and coordinate daily scheduling needs with partnering facilities to ensure quality patient care.
• Effective and timely assistance to the providers with their daily operational needs.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a clerical position with data entry.
• An active LPN license in the state of Nebraska or compact state.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
