We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects within the Life Sciences industry, specifically in the reproductive health space. In this role, you will manage the refresh of a key website, leading a collaborative team to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams, working closely with developers, business stakeholders, and product teams to guide processes, integrations, and technologies.
- Help define and deliver the product roadmap within the Reproductive business line.
- Drive superior business outcomes by creating and enhancing capabilities that deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Apply your industry knowledge and technical expertise to foster product innovation and streamline project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Promote a consultative approach to problem-solving, providing industry-leading solutions and technologies to meet market demands.
- Champion collaboration among teams and stakeholders to drive business results and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT roles (e.g., Business Analyst, Developer, Project Manager, etc.)
- At least 3 years of project management experience with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including front-end (web, UX, Google Analytics) and back-end projects.
- Experience working in an Agile environment; Agile Project Management certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
- Passion for innovation, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivering impactful results.
