The Role: Insurance Defense Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations to uncover facts supporting client positions
- Draft persuasive motions and pleadings for case advancement
- Evaluate claims to determine settlement strategies and recommendations
- Represent clients in depositions and trial proceedings
- Collaborate with clients to develop defense strategies for complex matters
Compensation
Salary: $180k + Bonus
