Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in small cell deployments. The ideal candidate will be skilled in vendor management, permitting, and full project oversight, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of new builds and modifications.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the SMC Construction team to manage equipment orders, site make-ready, and power delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and general contractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Lead weekly calls to provide project status updates to key stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Manage permitting processes and ensure readiness for small cell site deployments.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of overall telecom or related industry experience.
• 3–5 years of direct experience in small cell deployments.
• Strong background in construction, vendor management, project oversight, and permitting.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end site readiness and power delivery processes.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with FUZE and iBwave tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and meet tight deadlines.
