About you

Our Graphic Designer will play a key role in supporting company-wide marketing and branding initiatives, as well as agent-facing projects. From digital campaigns and print collateral to internal communications and promotional materials, you will deliver professional, on-brand design solutions that strengthen our presence and engage target audiences. This role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative approach to ensure consistency and quality across all design touch points.

Key job responsibilities and duties:

  • Creation of custom marketing pieces for individual properties and agents that are consistent with brand standards
  • Supports the execution of email campaigns through digital marketing platforms. 
  • Diligently maintains and updates project management platforms and demonstrates excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Maintains communication and collaboration with the Creative Services Director and team members
  • Aids in the daily aspects of promoting Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate company campaigns, as needed
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, maintaining timelines and project details in project management platforms.
  • Provide design ideas and strategy to the agents
  • Responsible for selecting colors, images, text style, layout and formatting of materials for the company and clients in alignment with the company brand standards
  • Develop graphics and visual assets for a variety of creative projects, including social media content, brochures, advertisements, flyers, direct mail, video, web/mobile sites, and digital/print ads.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners, submitting creative materials for production or publication as needed.

Job Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience as a designer across a variety of practices in graphic design
  • Extensive experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
  • Experience working with an email/CRM service required. (Ex. Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Slides, Google Doc, Google Sheet, etc.)
  • Adaptive design eye and excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to take and execute feedback from peers and clients
  • Deadline-oriented with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proofreading skills required
  • Team player, quick learner, efficient, and able to work under pressure
  • Working knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5 a plus
  • Experience with video programs and WordPress templates is a plus
  • Comfortable communicating with clients via Zoom or by phone
  • Solid work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
  • Great customer service skills
