We're looking for a Hydraulic Engineer IV with 7–10 years of hydraulic modeling experience —someone who thrives in an operations-focused environment and brings deep experience in the Natural Gas industry , especially with mainline compression .

📍 Location: Houston, TX

📅 Schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH – standard 5/8 schedule

💻 Interview format: MS Teams video conference

What You’ll Be Doing:

This is an operations-based role (not project-focused), so we're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving in real-time, managing priorities, and working through technical challenges from start to finish.

You’ll Succeed Here If You Have:

• Hydraulic modeling experience with natural gas pipelines and compressors
• A strong grasp of software tools like FlowDesk, NextGen, WinFlow, or Synergi Gas
• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Petroleum, or Chemical Engineering
• A proactive mindset—you're the type who asks “What if?” and owns issues through resolution
• Excellent prioritization , organization , and communication skills
