Freelance Associate Designer
Client Overview: Full-service private label division for department stores and specialty retailers.
Position Overview: Our client is seeking a talented Freelance Associate Designer to join the design team for a 3 month basis and support will all aspects of design and development.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with sketching in Illustrator
- Maintaining Tech Packs
- Updating Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Managing fabric swatches, color approvals, trims
- Sending reference samples to suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Illustrator
- Design background in women's woven and cut/sew apparel categories
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week
