Sweetie Boy Transportation is on the hunt for a proactive, safety-first Fleet Manager to lead the charge in keeping our fleet running efficiently, safely, and in compliance.
This is more than a maintenance role — it’s about leadership, driver support, innovation, and making smart operational decisions every day. You’ll work closely with drivers, shop techs, and dispatch to minimize downtime and ensure our trucks stay road-ready.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Enforce fleet safety & DOT compliance
Manage shop staff, inventory, and preventive maintenance
Own driver relations and breakdown coordination
Track repair costs, keep maintenance records tight
Promote a clean, professional fleet appearance
Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: Full-time + rotating on-call
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + company-paid benefits
