📢 Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Knock doors in designated neighborhoods
- Start genuine conversations with homeowners
- Educate them on storm damage solutions and insurance-backed repairs
- Schedule free roofing assessments — you book it, we close it
- Be the warm, professional face of RoofHero in your territory
👤 Who We’re Looking For
Are you:
- ✅ Outgoing, persuasive, and great at first impressions?
- ✅ Comfortable walking a few miles per day?
- ✅ Self-motivated and coachable with a positive attitude?

📌 Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s license + insurable driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Physically able to walk door-to-door
- Value diversity, teamwork, and personal integrity
💡 Compensation, Schedule, and Perks
- 💵 Base salary of $37K (W2 hourly)
- 💼 On-track earnings of $60K–$120K+ (uncapped commissions)
- 🕒 Part-time schedule: Mon–Fri (2PM–7PM), Sat (10AM–2PM)
