Employment Type: Temporary/Contract | Monday – Friday: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | Remote or Onsite: Coppell, TX | Duration: ASAP-Dec (w/potential extension) | Start Date: ASAP | Pay: $60-70 hourly

We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Technology sectors, and we're interested in hearing from Ethics and Compliance Program Managers to join us and commence their LOD journey.

To join us, you will:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Need to have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in a legal/ethics and compliance role .
  • Familiarity with NavEx software – RiskRate and EthicsPoint .
  • Strong proficiency with computer skills, including Powerpoint and Excel .
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups and external stakeholders to set objectives and achieve results.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage a high-volume workload.
  • Possess a professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Possess the ability to maintain and safeguard confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Create key Ethics and Compliance visibility materials, including board materials, presentations, and other key stakeholder materials.
  • Partner with leadership to create and execute global visibility activities, including designing trainings, team workplans, and accountability practices.
  • Create team budgets and track actual vs. projected spend.
  • Manage key databases and processes, extracting and analyzing data for the global team.
  • Support Ethics and Compliance team to streamline new or existing practices, and develop and drive improved compliance with processes/policies, optimizing workflows.
  • Maintenance of Ethics & Compliance Team collaboration and intranet sites.
  • Other duties as needed.
