This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + Currently have or will have earned a Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field by July 2025 + Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, mathematics, or a related field + Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in virtual and in-person settings + Background in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost performance reporting + Experience with large data sets and tools (e.g., Excel, Power Pivot, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI) **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Pay and Benefits:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
