What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of EMS services.
• Conduct utilization reviews to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Implement best practices and standardized processes across teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations.
• Lead, support, and coach EMS team members, including managing performance and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, and community partners.
• Ensure proper care, maintenance, and readiness of the fleet and equipment .

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Paramedic certification (required).
• 3+ years of field EMS experience .
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and inspires their team to succeed.
