What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of EMS services.
- Conduct utilization reviews to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Implement best practices and standardized processes across teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations.
- Lead, support, and coach EMS team members, including managing performance and disciplinary actions when needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, and community partners.
- Ensure proper care, maintenance, and readiness of the fleet and equipment .
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Paramedic certification (required).
- 3+ years of field EMS experience .
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and inspires their team to succeed.
