Job Description
Employment Law Attorney (Plaintiff) | 100% remote (Must have CA active bar license)
Responsibilities:
- Handle a full caseload of employment matters from intake through resolution or trial.
- Conduct client interviews, legal research, and case evaluation.
- Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and legal briefs.
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for employee rights.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of litigation experience in employment law (Wrongful termination, discrimination, etc).
- Handle discovery and MSJ Ops (motion for summary judgment opposition).
- Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Passion for advancing civil rights and workplace equity.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $160,000-$225,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
