Educational Consultant - Secondary Math ( Greater San Bernardino/Riverside Area , CA)

As an Educational Consultant, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional professional development experiences across the Greater San Bernardino/Riverside Area , and California, supporting schools and districts in achieving their goals.

A typical engagement consists of multiple PD days across an entire school year. This means your engagement will go beyond a “one-time onboarding” - it is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and long-term student success.

Your Role

• Deliver full-day, in-person professional development for educators at school or district sites. 
• Engage with schools and districts through multiple sessions over the school year, focusing on developing strong strategic thinkers and achieving significant CAASPP score improvements.
• Consult school district leaders to advise on curriculum decisions and shape instructional practices. 
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales. 
• Create K-12 content related to the team’s objectives.
• Manage multiple districts and projects simultaneously while navigating seasonal changes in activity.

Your Expertise 

• High school math classroom teaching experience, 3-5+ years required. 
• Experience coaching teachers, e.g. instructional coaching experience. 
• Strong understanding of high school math. 
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, or a related field.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the Greater San Bernardino/Riverside Area /California (40-90 days at client sites during a school year; the rest of the year is mostly work from home)
