Job Title: E-Commerce & SEO Manager

Location: 100% On-site in Bentonville, AR

Reports To: Director of E-Commerce & Walmart Business Development

Job Overview:

The E-Commerce & SEO Manager is a proactive self-starter who uses their creative abilities and knowledge of archery hunting products to connect with consumers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning insights into action using content optimization and data interpretation. They have a keen eye for solving puzzles and driving measurable results. This position is required to work on-site full-time at FeraDyne’s Bentonville, AR office location.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Website Management & SEO Optimization

  • Manage and optimize company websites via Shopify, ensuring responsive design, smooth UX, and consistent brand presentation.
  • Lead SEO efforts including keyword research, content optimization, backlinking strategies, and technical audits.
  • Monitor website health and performance (site speed, crawl issues, indexing) and implement improvements.

2. Product Management

  • Upload and manage product listings across DTC and marketplace platforms.
  • Ensure all product data—descriptions, specs, pricing, and imagery—is accurate and SEO-friendly.
  • Collaborate with merchandising to organize product categories and maintain updated catalogs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and synchronize stock availability.

3. Content & Item Setup

  • Oversee content management and item setup for both Shopify and drop-ship partner portals.
  • Ensure new product launches are accurately executed with compelling, search-optimized content.
  • Support onboarding processes for new eCommerce partners and platforms.

4. Digital Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure DTC website reflects current promotions and marketing priorities.
  • Track campaign performance and support continuous improvement efforts.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze key metrics (traffic, conversion, bounce rate, order value) and provide actionable insights.
  • Produce performance dashboards and reports to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Identify site optimization opportunities based on customer behavior and trends.

6. Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to website-related customer issues and escalate when needed.
  • Track product reviews and customer feedback to improve user experience.
  • Support customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate content, smooth site navigation, and prompt issue resolution.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams—marketing, logistics, IT, merchandising—to align priorities and ensure eCommerce success.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to monitor and make informed recommendations and adjustments based on analytics and metrics

- Ability to effectively communicate data trends and findings to other teams including senior leaders

- Skilled in customer-focused communication techniques for maximum engagement and providing considerate, efficient support when issues arise.

- Utilize keen knowledge of current SEO tools and techniques and stay up to date on industry trends and opportunities for further optimization

- Highly skilled in writing, editing, and formatting digital content

- Able to work independently frequently with cross-functional partnerships and collaboration regularly

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Business, Marketing, or related field, or the equivalent 4-years of in-depth professional experience in related fields.

- 2–5 years of experience in eCommerce, SEO, or digital operations is required

- Extensive Shopify experience

- Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and algorithm trends

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Walmart Marketplace

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central

- Experience with hunting and archery products
