What You Will Be Doing

  • Engage with customers in various settings, including events and retail locations, to provide information about products and services.
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote brand initiatives, share updates and engage with followers.
  • Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to help improve marketing strategies.
  • Assist in event marketing efforts by participating in planning and execution of promotional activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Managing company finances or payroll.
  • Performing vehicle maintenance or mechanical repairs.
  • Supervising or managing a large team.
  • Providing technical customer support unrelated to events or the brand.
  • Handling food preparation in a commercial kitchen setting.

Basic Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
  • Clean driving record with 5 years experience.
  • Experience in food service or customer service is preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with event marketing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management for effective online engagement.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Sales experience is advantageous for driving product interest and conversions.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
