Director of Advertising and Promotions – Senior Living

Sharon Center, OH

Are you a creative marketing leader passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and their families? We’re looking for a Director of Advertising and Promotions to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and occupancy across our senior living community.

In this role, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and performance of advertising and promotional campaigns across digital, print, social, and community channels. You'll work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to bring our brand to life through thoughtful, compelling, and compassionate messaging that resonates with seniors and their families.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage multi-channel advertising campaigns that drive lead generation and move-ins
• Manage the creative team
• Plan and promote community events, open houses, referral programs, and seasonal promotions
• Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
• Lead digital marketing efforts including paid search, social ads, and SEO strategies
• Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with occupancy goals
• Manage vendors, media partners, and creative agencies
• Track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or promotions (senior living or healthcare preferred)
• Strong background in digital and traditional media planning
• Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Passion for creating campaigns that connect with seniors and their families
• Proficiency with digital tools
