Digital Ads Intern – Google & Meta (The Racquet)

Miami, FL or Remote (Hybrid)

The Racquet is Miami’s leading racquet sports community, delivering premium tennis, pickleball, and padel experiences across the city. We’re looking for a passionate Digital Ads Intern to support our marketing team and help us scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) , and more.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn performance marketing inside a fast-growing sports brand with a vibrant and active community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Google & Meta
• Help build audience segments, write ad copy, and track performance
• Report on key campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) using Excel and platform dashboards
• Support creative planning for campaigns including video, image, and carousel ads
• Participate in strategy sessions with the founder and marketing team
• Contribute ideas to improve targeting, growth, and ROI

Ideal Candidate

• Strong interest in paid digital advertising and analytics
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (training provided)
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, reports, and performance tracking
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
• Background in Marketing, Business, or Communication preferred
• Passion for sports or lifestyle brands is a big plus!

Internship Details

• 10–12 week internship (with potential to extend)
• Hybrid: Work remotely with in-person opportunities in Miami
• Flexible schedule (15–30 hrs/week)
• Paid based on experience* or For-Credit
• Bonus opportunities based on campaign performance or qualified leads
• Future opportunity for a paid or full-time position
