Job Description
• Serve as the primary delivery lead at the client site, ensuring seamless communication between client and delivery teams.
• Manage end-to-end IT project execution including planning, resource alignment, risk mitigation, and status tracking.
• Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal technical teams (onshore and offshore). • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to quality standards.
• Monitor and improve delivery processes, metrics, and performance indicators.
• Facilitate client satisfaction through effective communication, accountability, and issue resolution. • Lead governance meetings, reviews, and delivery planning sessions.
Duties to be performed
• Own delivery accountability across multiple IT programs/projects.
• Lead daily/weekly planning and coordination calls with internal and client teams.
• Translate business and functional requirements into executable plans.
• Track deliverables, manage risks/issues, and ensure resolution and escalation as needed.
• Work closely with offshore teams to maintain delivery velocity and time zone alignment.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly delivery reports with client and leadership.
• Maintain compliance with SLAs, contracts, and client-specific policies.
• Oversee team performance, capacity planning, and resourcing needs.
• Coordinate with hiring teams for onboarding/offboarding and skill alignment.
• Ensure adherence to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies based on client preference.
