Our client, a well-established and respected beverage company, is seeking a Creative Director to lead their in-house creative team and help shape the future of their iconic brands. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the creative force behind all brand communications—print, digital, social, web, and in-store.
- Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and visual identity across all channels.
- Manage and mentor internal teams to ensure consistent creative excellence.
- Translate marketing strategies into compelling, insight-driven creative that cuts through the noise.
- Influence key stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally to align creative work with broader business goals.
- Own the full shopper journey—from packaging and retail signage to digital activations and omni-commerce campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years of experience in CPG creative leadership, ideally with time spent in an omni-commerce or shopper marketing agency environment.
- Proven ability to lead concept through execution across a broad range of mediums.
- Deep understanding of both traditional and digital landscapes—brand, retail, experiential, and social.
- A hands-on creative who can think strategically.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive collaboration.
- A genuine passion for the beverage space and the cultural relevance it holds.
