As an extension of this, we are in the process of revitalizing our prepared foods department and we are seeking passionate, experienced cooks to work with our culinary director and deli manager to produce delicious, nutritious meals from scratch for our customers. Responsibilities may include:
Preparing and packaging meals according to recipes
Occasional opportunities to be creative and make specials and soups
Preparing catered meals
Preparing sandwiches to order
Interacting with guests and taking orders
Maintaining compliance with sanitation guidelines
Slicing meats and cheeses
Washing dishes and cleaning
