Are you an experienced Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist to work at their company in Midland, MI.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Under minimal supervision, processes residential loan documents from loan application to the point of submitting the loan package for underwriting and the preparation of closing documents.
- Duties include working closely with loan originators and loan origination sources to gather or prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements, sending out verification requests, and keeping interested parties advised as to the status of loan applications. Performs some reporting functions. Incumbents in this group have no or limited previous mortgage loan processing experience.
- This position is not considered a Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act or a Loan Originator under the Truth in Lending Act. However, please refer to management and/or training materials for guidance to ensure compliance while performing the duties and responsibilities of this position.
