This is a contract position for 4-year construction project.

Responsibilities:

Inspect work on job site ensuring safety, quality, counts, and work are performed according to the scope of work
Communicate project progress, issues, and recommend workarounds to management
Train installers and subcontractors
Oversee project construction ensuring compliance with specs, codes, and installation techniques
Share project schedule input and progress updates to Project Management team for master schedule update
Other duties as needed (supervision, documentation, logging changes/progress, etc.)

Requirements:

4+ years of installation and crew leadership experience in Construction
Solar experience required
Strong verbal and written communication
Able to communicate technical info to a non-technical audience
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Adobe Writer, Visio etc.)
Construction Supervisor License for the State of California preferred
Lighting, HVAC controls, Electrical Systems, BAS management, Fire management, and Security management systems experience
