Job Description
You will be joining an established General Contractor specializing in Multifamily wrap and podium projects. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground up wood frame multifamily projects in excess of $30MM.
Responsibilities
- Manage the job site and each of the trades
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on the progress of the project
- Ensure the project stays on time to project schedule and budget
- Carry out OSHA compliance checks, inspections, and walk throughs
Qualifications
- Experience leading ground up multifamily wood frame projects in excess of $30MM
- OSHA 30 certified
- Procore certified or equivalent experience
