TekPro Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established and nationally recognized general contractor specializing in ground-up commercial and residential projects. With over $350M in annual revenue and a track record of delivering large-scale projects for some of the biggest names in retail, hospitality, and logistics, this firm offers stability, growth, and the chance to work on projects that make an impact across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and budget alignment.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution in collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage cost estimates, budgets, and change orders while tracking financial performance.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, maintain documentation, and support project close-out.
• Travel locally as needed to visit sites and manage project requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Technical degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $180,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Gas mileage reimbursement provided
