The Opportunity

A respected commercial builder is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects ranging from $10M–$50M. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at managing budgets, schedules, and teams while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Experience delivering K–12 education facilities is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
  • Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, local codes, and safety protocols
  • Provide leadership to field teams and support a collaborative, safety-focused jobsite culture

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience on commercial construction projects
  • Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
  • Knowledge of code compliance, permitting, and inspection processes
  • Ground-up construction experience preferred
  • Public Works and K–12 project background strongly preferred
