The Opportunity

As Construction Manager, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of nearly 500 sites across Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota, with the mandate to scale operations from well-funded startup mode to national player.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Construction:
• Perform site visits and validate site conditions
• Coordinate utility walks and permit applications
• Ensure NTP packages are properly prepared for subcontractors
Construction Management:
• Oversee multiple daily site visits across civil, electrical, and A&L subcontractors
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and stop unsafe operations
• Validate construction against current plans and specifications
• Manage real-time schedule updates and change orders
Post-Construction:
• Assemble close-out packages for up to 40 sites per month
• Manage brownfield and greenfield project completions
• Coordinate deficiency resolutions and third-party inspections
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
• 5-7+ years of wireless construction management expertise
• OSHA 30 certification (required)
• Deep knowledge of wireless infrastructure and construction methods
• Experience with both brownfield and greenfield projects
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
• Track record delivering complex programs in dynamic environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• Four-year degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• Professional certifications (CCM, AC, or CPC)
• Proficiency in SiteTracker and construction management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
