Position: Client Advisor (Fragrance Specialist)

Location: Central Valley, NY (Two openings available)

Pay: $24–$30/hr + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, employee discounts, and more)

About the Role:

We’re seeking experienced Fragrance Specialists to join a luxury retail boutique team. In this role, you’ll deliver an exceptional client experience, drive sales performance, and represent premium fragrance collections with confidence and passion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalized fragrance recommendations
• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Support in-store events, product launches, and client outreach initiatives
• Partner with management to execute sales strategies and visual standards
• Maintain product knowledge and uphold a high level of professionalism
• Assist with store opening, closing, and daily operations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of retail sales experience (fragrance, beauty, or luxury preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with proven sales success
• Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform typical retail tasks
