Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Adjuster - No Fault/PIP at Maya Assurance Company located in New York, NY. The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for handling and evaluating no-fault and personal injury protection claims on a day-to-day basis, working closely with policyholders, healthcare providers, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claim processing.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience
• Claims handling and evaluation skills
• Knowledge of no-fault and personal injury protection regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience in insurance claims or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field
• Certification in claims adjusting is a plus
• Multitasking and No-fault claims support
• Experience and knowledge of No-Fault Arbitration 
• Critical thinking and No-fault Claims investigation
• Knowledge of Regulation 68, No-fault law 
• Time management skills
• Organizational skills 
• Ability to work well under pressure
