Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications (Highly Desired):

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate): Often a minimum requirement.
• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional): Preferred for mid-to-senior roles.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP suite and fundamental networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS and NX-OS .
• Experience with WAN technologies (MPLS, VPNs) and wireless networking .
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure, or Cisco Meraki Cloud).

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – critical for troubleshooting complex network issues.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues across LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Support WAN technologies, VPNs, and cloud networking integration.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement network solutions and maintain network performance.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
