Our client is seeking a strategic, highly organized Chief of Staff to support their Founding President & CEO and COO. This pivotal role is ideal for a business-minded professional who excels at executive-level advising, cross-functional collaboration, and driving strategic initiatives across departments. You'll be a trusted partner to senior leadership and play a key role in aligning priorities, improving operations, and enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO and COO to drive key business initiatives and manage cross-departmental projects.
• Streamline communication and strategic planning across leadership teams.
• Oversee operations, coordinate meetings, and ensure follow-through on high-impact priorities.
• Support HR, marketing, and department leads in workforce planning and organizational development.
• Optimize internal processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Act as a liaison across teams, improving collaboration and driving execution on business goals.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in a business management, Chief of Staff, or executive support role.
• Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and managing interdepartmental collaboration.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Advanced degree (MBA preferred) and a high level of discretion and professionalism
