  • Mastery of classical and modern cooking techniques, kitchen systems, and menu development.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operational standards and seasonal menu planning.
  • Composed, team-oriented leader who mentors others and maintains a positive kitchen culture.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting volume.

  • 300 private homes integrated into a scenic natural landscape
  • On-site culinary garden and beehives supporting a terrain-to-table philosophy
  • Multiple dining outlets, including a casual family space and a refined tasting-menu restaurant

  • A welcoming, family-friendly environment with a focus on barefoot luxury and high-touch hospitality

Compensation & Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with company contribution
