Job Description

As a Delivery Driver, you will work with the construction team to pick up and deliver materials needed on commercial and industrial jobsites.

Job Duties

• Deliver materials to include HVAC equipment, duct, fabricated sheet metal, tools, piping/plumbing fixtures, etc. to commercial/industrial construction jobsites
• Load and unload materials on trailers and flatbeds
• Perform general maintenance on company grounds including operation of lawnmower, weed eater, pressure washing machine and basic facilities maintenance with use of hand and power tools
• Operate forklift, as needed
• Assist with warehouse duties including receiving materials
• Receive incoming materials using computer/iPad

Requirements

• Class “A” CDL license
• Medical Card (company will provide if needed)
• Ability to travel to/from FL, AL, GA and MS to pick up and deliver materials
• Ability to deliver materials to jobsites on military bases (must be able pass a government background screening)
• Ability to use company electronics – cell phone, iPad, computer
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (company will provide if needed)

• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight travel, as needed
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a full background screening, MVR and drug screening

Compensation

• Wage Range Starting at: $20.00+/hr. based on qualifications & experience
