**Job Title: Express Car Wash Technician**

At Victory Car wash, we pride ourselves on providing fast, efficient, and friendly car wash services. Our goal is to ensure every customer leaves with a sparkling clean vehicle and a smile on their face. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Express Car Wash Technician to join our team!
**Position Overview:**
As an Express Car Wash Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, selling wash packages, guiding them safely onto the wash track, and ensuring that their vehicles receive the best care possible.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Warmly greet customers as they arrive and assist them with selecting the appropriate wash package.
- Familiarize yourself with our service offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Guide customers onto the wash track, ensuring they understand how to safely prepare their vehicles (neutral gear, hands off the wheel, foot off the brake).
- Scrub the front and back of vehicles before going through wash for a thorough clean.
- Regularly check on customers during their visit and ensure their property is safe.
- Maintain cleanliness by picking up hoses and keeping the area organized.
- Ensure window cleaner racks and other customer amenities are fully stocked.
- Regularly check and report any equipment issues to maintain operational efficiency.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must care about personal appearance and represent the company well.
- Flexibility to work weekends (mandatory) and varying schedules.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.
