Job Description

As a mid-level corporate associate, you’ll advise on complex transactions across private equity, M&A, venture capital, and commercial deals—gaining real client access, cross-office responsibility, and the runway to grow into a lead advisor.

You’ll be joining a capital markets and corporate team that blends institutional dealmaking with a boutique’s flexibility. This is the kind of role where you’ll get in the weeds of negotiations, lead calls with founders and investors, and draft the documents that move markets—without getting lost in a mega-firm hierarchy.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–4 years of experience at a law firm with exposure to M&A, private equity, VC, or joint ventures

  • Comfortable managing multiple deals and communicating with clients and counterparties
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a team-first attitude
  • Admitted to practice in New York

Compensation

  • Competitive salary range: $235,000–$260,000
  • Bonus and performance incentives
  • In-office requirement: 3 days/week, including Wednesdays
