Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile multiple bank accounts and credit cards.
• Track and categorize expenses across all company accounts.
• Monitor transactions for irregularities or potential fraud (e.g., Business Track review).
• Assist the CFO with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Prepare and process payments, including physical checks and Bill.com transactions.
• Support with tax preparation and the management of financial documents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience.
• Prior experience in a commercial real estate environment strongly preferred.
• QuickBooks
• Bill.com
• Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and reconcile discrepancies efficiently.
• Familiarity with financial best practices in the commercial real estate sector is a plus.
• Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative team environment.
