About the Role
We’re seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are native Japanese speakers and fluent in English to join our Commercial team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for members, helping them navigate healthcare-related questions including claims, benefits, enrollment, ID cards, and more.
