Job Title: Litigation Associate (2–5 Years)

Firm Overview:
Our client, a highly respected law firm, is actively seeking a Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join their team, primarily supporting a prominent figure in construction law recently elected as Chair of the ABA's Construction Section. While construction law experience is a plus, it is not required. Candidates must have general litigation experience and come from a defense background.
Key Details:
- Work closely on commercial and civil litigation matters.
- Primarily representing construction companies.
- Must bring strong litigation skills; construction litigation experience is not mandatory.
- Salary: flexible for candidates with construction experience
- Bonus structure begins at 1,850 billable hours , ranging from $15K to $50K+ based on performance.
