Art Director / Designer (Podcasts)

The Planet Group is looking for an  Art Director / Designer  to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 3-month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and is hybrid in Culver City, CA.

Art Director / Designer Responsibilities:

• Ensure that work delivers against the client's standards



• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners with a keen attention to detail



• Develop big ideas with practical executions



• Maintain momentum around creative concepts



• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and creative direction

Art Director / Designer Director Qualifications:

• Strong storyteller that knows how to drive engagement and have a pulse on both timless-ness and cultural trend



• A strong conceptual approach is necessary as well as technical skills and in-the-work design capabilities that extends across content genres



• Collaborative and team-oriented



• Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel



• Strong typographic, graphic design and art direction skills, ideally with motion and photo experience



• Proven ability to create and direct high-quality campaign creative either for marketing or on platform



• Proficient in Digital, Social, AV, motion and on-product content design



• Experience delivering big ideas for subscription businesses a plus



• A minimum of 5 years experience



• Experience in a quick moving and cross-functional focused environment



• Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on campaigns
