Redkey Express is growing our
appliance delivery & installation division and looking for a
hands-on leader to run a crew, train team members, and deliver top-quality installations for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a delivery/installation team from truck load-out to customer sign-off
- Install household & commercial appliances to manufacturer specs
- Mentor and train new technicians on best practices & safety
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure top-tier customer service
- Maintain truck, tools, and equipment in excellent condition
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years in appliance delivery/installation required
- 1+ years lead experience required
- 2+ years operating a 24’ non-CDL box truck
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
- Able to lift/move up to 100 lbs.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
- Certification in appliance installation is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
