• On Call Requirements: night call 7p-7a
• Number of Operating Rooms: 8
• Ratio of own cases to CRNA supervision: Mix daily
• MD:CRNA Ratio: 1:3/4
• Breakdown of case mix: Ortho/urology/eyes/endo
• Patient demographic: Adults/peds: dental eyes only

• Epidural Anesthesia
• Regional Anesthesia

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active NY State License at time of submission - REQUIRED
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS - REQUIRED
