Akkodis is seeking a ADP Workforce Manager for a Direct Hire job with a client located in Castle Rock, CO (Hybrid).

Pay Range: $97,000 to $120,000; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Systems Analyst – HR/Payroll is a key member of the IT team responsible for the implementation and support of ADP Workforce Now and Workforce Manager systems. This role supports solutions related to human resources, payroll, and overall employee management for the Client. The analyst leverages ADP technologies and third-party vendor solutions to deliver systems, services, and data analytics that enhance HR and payroll operations. Primary stakeholders include departments such as Human Resources and Payroll.

Essential Job Functions

• Support business units in defining and implementing strategies and standards.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance team effectiveness.
• Understand business processes tied to assigned applications.
• Analyze and document user requirements and workflows.
• Act as IT owner for assigned applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Configure, develop, test, and maintain business applications.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and support.
• Provide HR, Payroll, and Scheduling module solutions using ADP systems.
• Stay updated on ADP WorkforceNow/Manager updates and suggest improvements.
• Offer support for all ADP WorkforceNow/Manager functions.
• Participate in related projects, including BI, workflow, and web content.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration; no direct supervision.
• Work independently within defined goals and accountability.
• Exercise sound judgment to meet objectives and deliver results.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, including payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and reporting modules.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with ADP Workforce Manager or similar time/scheduling management systems (e.g., Kronos, UKG).
• Proven experience in implementing and optimizing payroll and workforce management systems, including data migration, system configuration, and workflow development.
• Software development / support experience is preferred.
• Business analysis and financial analysis experience is preferred.
• Project management and/or cross-functional team leadership experience is preferred.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered.
