We are currently searching for a highly motivated AR (Accounts Receivable) Specialist.
Core Role & Responsibilities:
Account Receivable Management for Logistics Claims
- Manage carrier claims, warehouse claims, compliance claims
- Follow up with carriers and negotiate settlements
Liability Recovery Management (Account Receivable)
- Report weekly recovery status to the leader
- Analyze collection rate and projected loss (Yearly, Monthly)
Analysis of Customer/Carrier issues
- Conduct In-depth analysis of problematic carriers
- Escalate customer issues to LGE Electronics
Accounts Payable to Customer
- Validate and submit monthly payments via payment plans
- Work closely with the finance team and the legal team to resolve payment issues
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)
- Detailed oriented, organized, great time management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP), Tableau, UiPath and Microsoft Excel
- 3-5 years of experience required
